Who handles your information
Novarise (Tianjin) Hi-Tech Development Co.,Ltd. handles business inquiries submitted through this website. For a privacy request, use our contact form and choose “General or privacy request.”
What we collect and why
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, application choice and any company, product or project details you provide. Our form provider may also record the submission time, IP address and anti-spam information. We use this information to respond, assess your requirements, manage the resulting business correspondence and protect the form from abuse. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list from this form.
Who receives it
Netlify hosts the website and processes form submissions. Our email provider delivers inquiry notifications to the person handling them. Authorized Novarise staff may review submissions. These services may process information outside your country. We do not sell inquiry information.
Retention
We keep inquiry records for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. We may retain relevant records longer while an order, dispute or legal record-keeping obligation is active, and delete them when that need ends.
Your choices
You can request access, correction or deletion of your inquiry information, or withdraw your consent for further handling where applicable. Send a request through the contact form using “General or privacy request.” We may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
Site operation and changes
The site does not currently use advertising cookies or a marketing analytics service. Its host may process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site. If our data practices change, we will update this notice and its effective date.
